　　四月的日子

　　Days of witchery, subtly sweet,

　　迷人的日子，發(fā)出飄逸的幽香。

　　When every hill and tree finds heart,

　　每座山和每株樹都煥發(fā)出生機，

　　When winter and spring like lovers meet

　　冬天和春天像情人一樣

　　In the mist of noon and part -

　　在正午的霧靄中相聚又分離-

　　In the April days.

　　在這四月的日子里。

　　Nights when the wood frogs faintly peep

　　夜晚，樹蛙在輕輕地叫，

　　Once - twice - and then are still,

　　一下——兩下——接著一片寂靜，

　　And the woodpeckers' martial voices sweep

　　啄木鳥威武的嗓音

　　Like bugle notes from hill to hill -

　　像軍號聲越過重重山巒——

　　Through the pulseless haze.

　　穿過無聲無息的霧氣。

　　Days when the soil is warm with rain,

　　在那些日子里,雨水浸潤的土地發(fā)出暖氣，

　　And through the wood the shy wind steals,

　　羞怯的風悄悄地穿過樹林，

　　Rich with the pine and the poplar smell,

　　滿載著松樹和白楊的請香，

　　And the joyous earth like a dancer reels -

　　還有歡樂的大地，像舞蹈家一樣翩翩起舞——

　　Through the April days!
