雅思聽力備考筆記:高頻詞匯

　　Antibiotic抗菌素，抗生素

　　Antibiotic 在IELTS考試中主要考它的名詞形式，這個詞曾在3個version中考過，都要求填寫這個詞，大家一定要記住這個詞的發(fā)音和拼寫，這三個版本是：

　　Version 14的Section 1;

　　Version 32的Section 2;

　　Version 40的Section 4;

　　解釋1)：A substance, such as penicillin or streptomycin, produced by or derived from certain fungi, bacteria, and other organisms, that can destroy or inhibit the growth of other microorganisms.由真菌，細菌和其它微生物產(chǎn)生或從中得到的一種物質，如青霉素或鏈霉素，可以破壞或抑制其它微生物的生長。

　　解釋2)：a substance produced by or a semisynthetic substance derived from a microorganism and able in dilute solution to inhibit or kill another microorganism
