Nowadays，with more interviewers putting emphasis on the appearances of the applicants，a great majority of people believe that the appearance is more important.But I beg to differ.Because the clothes do not reflect what is inside the human.And what is in his mind and his heart can’t be known by US easily. Furthermore，judging someone by his or her external appearance can be deceptive.Judgments based on external appearances prevent US from getting to know a person’s nature，and are superficial and limited.
