　　如果求職信帶有附件，可以用Enclosure或者縮寫(xiě)形式Enc.進(jìn)行表達(dá)。要注意在此項(xiàng)下附件的份數(shù)及種類(lèi)。如果是兩個(gè)以上的附件，注意要用復(fù)

　　數(shù)形式Encls.或者Enclosures。如：3Enclosures: An Autobiography; A Photocopy of Degree Certificate; A Photograph。

　　(4)結(jié)束用語(yǔ)

　　結(jié)束用語(yǔ)是寫(xiě)在結(jié)尾的告別話語(yǔ)，也稱(chēng)結(jié)尾問(wèn)候語(yǔ)。位于正文下面隔兩三行的位置，一般從中間偏右的地方開(kāi)始寫(xiě)起。常用的結(jié)束用語(yǔ)主要有

　�。篠incerely, Yours sincerely, Yours truthful, Yours faithfully, Yours truly, Yours等，首字母大寫(xiě)而且每個(gè)詞后都要加逗號(hào)。
