(1) Clearness(明了):要突出的主題,開場(chǎng)白要直截了當(dāng),不要繞圈子,應(yīng)直接道明寫信意圖,在介紹個(gè)人情況時(shí),應(yīng)多說(shuō)你能為公司做些什么。另外,層次要分明,使讀信人一目了然。
(2) Conciseness(簡(jiǎn)潔):言簡(jiǎn)意賅,文字力求簡(jiǎn)短。把必要的事項(xiàng)說(shuō)清楚,不提與無(wú)關(guān)的事。盡量使用短句,少用復(fù)合句、避免陳詞濫調(diào)。
(3) Correctness(準(zhǔn)確):達(dá)意準(zhǔn)確。平時(shí)要注意語(yǔ)言修養(yǎng)的提高,隨時(shí)收集并掌握豐富的常用習(xí)慣短語(yǔ),這樣才能在寫時(shí)運(yùn)用自如,做到語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確。信中應(yīng)避免使用過(guò)多的形容詞和副詞。
(4) Politeness(禮貌):話語(yǔ)要禮貌、既要尊重對(duì)方,又要切忌迎合,恭維或表現(xiàn)得過(guò)分熱情,態(tài)度要不卑不亢。獲得招聘消息后應(yīng)及時(shí)寫、拖延時(shí)間也是不禮貌的。
