Abstract:International does the bulk cargo market as a result of each kind of factor influence,approaches in a perfect competitive market,does the bulk cargo transport expense tariff constantly not to change,the shipping enterprise and the foreign trader is undertaking the huge transportation charges change risk.The FFA market can help the enterprise as the financial derivation tool to dodge the shipping risk effectively,therefore,Chinese Enterprise needs to understand positively FFA the operation mechanism,effectively reduces the enterprise using FFA the management risk.
