摘要：本文介紹了杭州市第七人民醫(yī)院通過人才隊伍建設(shè)推動醫(yī)院可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗和成效。尊重人才，構(gòu)建栓心留人的環(huán)境；科學(xué)管理，建立人才發(fā)展的激勵機制；拓寬培養(yǎng)途徑，努力造就人才。
